Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The order includes all original items, accessories, and packaging, in the same condition as received.

The product has been used only as intended and has not been damaged due to improper handling.

Products for which hygiene is important must be unused and unopened.

Sealed products must remain sealed and unused after delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they show signs of use or damage beyond our control.
How Do I Return My Order?
If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return address.
Returned items must always be sent directly to the sender, as this is the correct return address.
Order Cancellation
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions and is available only to consumers (not businesses or legal entities).
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the last item.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please wait until the item is delivered and then initiate a return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to support@yourstore.com.
The withdrawal period is considered met if the notification is sent before the 14-day period expires.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipping & Transportation
As orders may be shipped from international suppliers, delivery times can be longer.
If an issue occurs during transit, the order cannot be canceled while in transit. Please wait until delivery and then initiate a return if needed. You may notify us in advance of your intention to return the order.
To ensure a smooth return process, submitting a return request is required.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice and the returned products.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
IMPORTANT
All returned items must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia.
Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.
